street, and it's generally not considered a good idea to run track tires on the street because you're going to be heat cycling them more often/in irregular ways compared to if they were being used for the track. They'll likely lose some of their stickiness due to all the heat cycling and if you don't get them shaved, they'll likely lose it long before the tread weares out. That said they're very sticky being DOT R-compounds but will probably be dangerous if you get caught in the rain and they aren't close to new (or if you get them shaved). They'll wear faster if they aren't shaved, but then you lose just about any rain ability. Basically, I wouldn't recommend them for street tires.
